STUDENT NOTICES

Tuesday 7^th June 2016 WEEK 7"A"

You must see Mrs Reece (Deputy Office) or Front Office if there is a reason you can't do school service
 

1. Cassie Law you are on School Service periods 1, 2 and 3, Amelia Marshall periods 4, 5 and 6 today. Thank you.
2. ALL TAFE STUDENTS: must sign out with Mrs Kennedy in the Head/Teachers Admin Office before leaving at the start of lunch.If you do not sign out you will be marked absent which will affect your attendance record.(Yr 12 may sign out at the end of Period 3).
3. Lunchtime Christian Fellowship Group (Yrs. 7 - 12) "The Hub"
   An all-age Christian Fellowship group is on today at Lunch time in E4.
   Please see Miss Schabel in the English staff room if you would like more information. 
   Hope to see you there.
4. SPORT: for Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 will be at the Basketball Stadium this week.Cost $4.00.Mr Teague.
5. ATHLETICS CARNIVAL: If you are catching a bus this Friday for School Athletics Carnival.Cost is $3.00 return must be at school bus bay at 8:45am.Mr Teague.
6. STUDENTS:A reminder that the oval is for ball games only - for example soccer, touch football.No tackle games are permitted.Mrs Reece.
7. YR 11 & YR 12 VET STUDENTS: MUST return their USI number, exact name applied privacy note this week to Mrs Porter.This is URGENT!
8. 11 ADVANCED STUDENTS: "Orthello" excursion permission notes need to be handed back to your teacher.Payments due in school office.
9. SENIOR GIRLS TOUCH TRAINING:Monday and Wednesday Lunch time meet at the Hall.Thanks Ms Kara.
10. The school is not responsible for the loss of any expensive items from bags, such as ipods and mobiles. We cannot be expected to investigate cases of theft, so please refrain from bringing expensive items to school and carry all valuables on you at all times.
11. Pass-outs from school if you need to leave school for any reason you must bring a note from home clearly saying where you are going, at what time and if you are returning.It must be signed by a parent with a contact number.All notes MUST be signed by Mrs Kennedy before you go to the Office.This must be done before the end of Roll Call.If a pass-out is needed throughout the day ONLY Mrs Reece or Mr Mani can approve this.
