STUDENT NOTICES

You must see Mrs Reece (Deputy Office) or Front Office if there is a reason you can't do school service
 

1. Charlie Bell you are on School Service periods 1, 2 and 3, Imogen Broadley periods 4, 5 and 6 today. Thank you.
    
2. GREAT BARRIER REEF: Please all notes are due ASAP and keep up with the payments.Mr White.
    
3. GREAT BARRIER REERF: There is a Meeting on Thursday during Lunch 1 in A4.Mr White.
    
4. SCIENCE & ENGINEERING CHALLENGE STUDENTS: are reminded to hand in their notes ASAP to Miss Loveday in the Science staffroom.
    
5. UNIFORM SHOP: new supplies of microfiber jackets are now in stock.Than you.
    
6. LIBRARY NEWS:The Library will be closed today all day and Wednesday. Year 12 students only will have access through the back door.
7. ALL TAFE STUDENTS: must sign out with Mrs Kennedy in the Head/Teachers Admin Office before leaving at the start of lunch.If you do not sign out you will be marked absent which will affect your attendance record.(Yr 12 may sign out at the end ofPeriod 3).
8. Lunchtime Christian Fellowship Group(Yrs. 7 - 12) "The Hub" An all-age Christian Fellowship group is on today at Lunch time in E3. Please see Miss Schabel in the English staff room if you would like more information. Hope to see you there.
9. KNITTING/CROCHET/CRAFT GROUP: will be held on Mondays during Lunch 1 in C1.Bring any gear you think might be useful if you have it, like yarn, wool, knitting, needles or crochet hooks.Thanks, Miss Iverson.
10. YEARS 7 & 8: you will be having sport at the basketball stadium for the next three weeks, cost $4.00
     
11. END of YR PLANNING COMMITTEE: Could all sub groups of the End of Year 10 Planning Committee, please meet in D1 during Recess tomorrow for a quick meeting.Thank you.
     
12. A REMINDER TO ALL Yr. 11 -your $30.00 deposit is due by Monday 8^th August for your jersey.Please bring your receipt to Mrs McLean after your payment, to the Science Staffroom.
13. YEAR 7 BOYS NETBALL TEAM: Meet at the hall Lunch 1 today for training. Thank you.
14. The school is not responsible for the loss of any expensive items from bags, such as ipods and mobiles. We cannot be expected to investigate cases of theft, so please refrain from bringing expensive items to school and carry all valuables on you at all times.
15. Pass-outs from school If you need to leave school for any reason you must bring a note from home clearly saying where you are going, at what time and if you are returning.It must be signed by a parent with a contact number.All notes MUST be signed by Mrs Kennedy before you go to the Office.This must be done before the end of Roll Call.If a pass-out is needed throughout the day ONLY Mrs Reece or Mr Mani can approve this.
