- NAIDOC CELEBRATION: Come and celebrate with our BBQ today, delight your tastebuds with Emu and Crocodile!!
- REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS:If you have received a letter regarding the Recognition Assembly would you please be sure to give it to your parents when you go home. The Recognition Assembly is this Thursday.
- YEAR 10 FORMAL COMMITTEE: Meeting this Friday Lunch 1 in D2. See you there, Miss Friend.
- YEAR 10 FOOD TECH: Don't forget to come to D2 period 2, 3 and 4 today. Miss Friend.
- SMITH CUP GIRLS SOCCER: Training starts Monday Week 9, every lunch on the oval. Please bring your gear.
- YR 11 STUDENTS REMINDER: Bring your baked goods in a container, with labelled ingredients to the Science Staffroom on Friday 9th September.Thank you. Mrs McLean.
- SPORT for YRS 7 & 8: will be at the basketball until the end of term. Cost $4.00. Mr Teague.
- Last day for RUOK permission notes. Buss leaves GHS Thursday at 1:30. Please be at the Bus Bay to have your name marked off. See Ms Baker if any queries.

BREAKFAST CLUB: Free breakfast is available to all students in the canteen every Monday to Friday mornings from 8:20-8:50am.
HOMEWORK CENTRE: On Every Monday in M1. 3:30 - 5pm, afternoon tea provided.
PASS-OUTS FROM SCHOOL: If you need to leave school for any reason you must bring a note from home clearly saying where you are going, at what time and if you are returning.It must be signed by a parent with a contact number.All notes MUST be signed by Mrs Kennedy before you go to the Office.This must be done before the end of Roll Call.If a pass-out is needed throughout the day ONLY Mrs Reece or Mr Mani can approve this.
The school is not responsible for the loss of any expensive items from bags, such as ipods and mobiles. We cannot be expected to investigate cases of theft, so please refrain from bringing expensive items to school and carry all valuables on you at all times.
