During the school break, our Principal Mr Yogesh Mani, had the incredible opportunity to attend a transformative five-day conference at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Alongside approximately 100 inspiring school principals from across the Asia-Pacific region, he explored innovative leadership strategies aimed at making a lasting impact in our schools and communities.
The conference, themed "Learn to Change the World," was a dynamic platform for collaboration, reflection, and growth. Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions, case studies, and interactive workshops led by world-renowned educators and experts. These sessions emphasised the critical role of school leaders in shaping the future of education and driving meaningful change in their respective institutions.
Mr Mani said it was an incredible experience -"As I return to my school community, I am eager to apply the insights gained and foster an environment that nurtures both students and educators. Education has the power to transform lives, and as school leaders, we carry the responsibility to lead with purpose, passion, and perseverance.
This experience has reaffirmed my belief in lifelong learning and the impact of strong leadership in education. Together, we can create meaningful change—one school at a time."
